Restaurant: Ramen Zundou-ya Shinjuku Shop
Place: Shinjuku, Tokyo
First time in Japan brought us so many new experiences. We ate different Japanese dishes before, outside Japan, but this was the first time trying the real thing. We landed in Narita, went to our hotel in Shinjuku and we were starving. So we asked at the hotel for a nearby place to eat something good.
And they recommended us ramen. Of course we were thrilled as we both love ramen and we cook it often at home.
And indeed it was a great choice. A very homy place, good waiters, tried to help us and food was delivered hot and fast. One of the best ramen we had so far. Pork ramen with thin noodles. Delicious indeed! Right amount of fat as well. I had the one with less fat and a bit more spicy.
It was very good! It’s also a very good price quality choice. I would definitely go back again for another portion.
