I was looking for a new series to watch and I heard some friends talking about Fargo. So I checked it out on Imdb, saw that it had a good rating and decided to give it a try.

I started with the first series and I was very impressed by the first episode. I liked the fact that is not the normal boring crime movie with a lot of blood and hardcore scenes. Instead is a fine psychological movie slightly comic with strong characters. Billy Thornton plays His role majestically. He is so genuine. Lorne Malvo is a very intelligent assassin who loves to play with people. He lives from deception, manipulation and of course violence.

He is able to transform probably the best man from Bernidji, Lester Nygaard, into a criminal. And the whole first season follows these two characters as hunter and prey. It shows how easy innocent people can be influenced by evil.
