Bookshop: Daunt Books

A trip to London must also include a visit to one of the best bookshops in town. This year one of my friends recommended Daunt Books. And I was not disappointed.

Daunt Books is not only famous for its book diversity, but also for its elegant three-level back-room with the oak balconies. Inside, the bookshop is quite big and has an impressive Edwardian architecture. Being there is overwhelming.

You can stay there for hours. Magazines, traveling guides, cooking books, gardening, literary fiction and a lot more … Especially downstairs there are books from different places of the world: Europe, Asia, Middle East, North and South America, etc. In case you don’t find a book the people working there are very helpful and trying to find the right book for you.
